Controls

Accounts Receivable Outsourcing With Clean Controls

Receivables controls protect cash and keep your books honest. Customer payments go straight to your bank account or payment processor, never through us, and every adjustment that reduces what a customer owes needs your approval.

That separation means the people recording receipts cannot also hide a missing payment, and it gives your tax preparer or auditor a clear trail from invoice to cash.

FAQ

Accounts Receivable Services FAQs

What do accounts receivable services include?

Accounts receivable services cover the cycle from billing a customer to collecting the cash: invoicing, customer setup, payment posting, reminders, follow up on overdue accounts, dispute tracking, aging reports and month end reconciliation of receivables.

Are you a collection agency?

No. We work as part of your finance team and follow up on business invoices in your name and tone. We do not buy or take over accounts, and any account that needs legal or agency action is handed back to you with its full history.

Do customer payments go through you?

No. Customers pay straight into your bank account or payment processor. We record and match those payments to invoices and reconcile them to your bank deposits.

How much does accounts receivable outsourcing cost?

Cost depends on invoice volume, number of customers, payment methods and the level of follow up. We offer a competitive fixed monthly fee, hourly billing or per task pricing, quoted in writing after a free call.

How do you calculate days sales outstanding?

We divide ending accounts receivable by credit sales for the period and multiply by the number of days in the period. We report it every month using the same definition so the trend is reliable.

Will my customers know you are an outside team?

Only if you want them to. By default we send invoices and follow ups from your billing email, using templates and wording you approve.

Which accounting software do you use for AR?

We work in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero and Zoho Books, using the invoicing, reminder and payment features already in your system.

Can you clean up old receivables first?

Yes. We review your aging, apply unmatched payments, confirm balances with customers and flag uncollectible amounts for your decision, then move you onto a regular weekly cycle.
